Dylan Meyer is then son of John and D.J. Meyer and older brother to Simone. He was born in either late 2009 or early 2010, after the season three finale. He is first seen in the premiere of the fourth season in which he waits with John and his grandmothers (Jennifer and Patricia) whilst D.J. gives birth. Later, the two grandmothers bicker over who looks after him after John is forced to go to college, he interrupts the two, preventing it from continuing. He is last seen in the episode playing with Matthew King.
